WATER SAFETY INSTRUCTION The NEWLY REVISED 2009 American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Program prepares candidates with the basic skills and philosophy for aquatic instruction of the Learn to Swim Program, the Parent & Child Aquatic Program, and Basic Water Rescue courses.
